Superpacks began in 1986 with humble beginnings. A single product. A single shed. A 1500 square foot facility built on hard work, trust, and a commitment to doing things right. What started as a focused packaging operation has grown into a multi product, multi location manufacturing company serving leading industrial brands across India and global markets.

As our customers evolved, so did we. From manual processes to advanced automation and digital cutting systems, we invested steadily in precision engineering and integrated manufacturing across key industrial hubs in India. Now led by the second generation of ownership, Superpacks combines legacy values with modern thinking, delivering agile, design driven packaging solutions at national scale.

Uday Bapu
Managing Partner & CEO
Uday drives Superpacks’ vision, innovation, and customer strategy. With a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, he brings global exposure to packaging systems and process design. Prior to joining Superpacks, Uday’s diverse journey spanned roles as a mathematics teacher, startup CMO, strategy consultant and product manager, shaping his pragmatic and cross-functional leadership style.

Managing Partner & CFO
Aditi leads finance, governance, and compliance at Superpacks, shaping a culture of fiscal discipline and accountability. A Chartered Accountant by qualification, she brings award-winning experience from her time at Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Her focus on transparency, controls, and long-term value creation anchors the company’s financial discipline.

Group Head - Finance & Accounts
Marimuthu leads Superpacks’ finance function, overseeing reporting, internal controls, reconciliations, and working capital. He has played a key role in driving our ERP implementation, SOP rollouts, and inventory governance—streamlining transactions and enabling data-driven decision-making across the business.

Vijay leads operations at Superpacks’ newest facility in Pune, bringing over 20 years of experience in industrial packaging management. He has held senior roles across respected packaging companies in the region, with a strong track record in process optimization and operational efficiency. His deep industry knowledge and commitment to quality make him a cornerstone in strengthening Superpacks’ western expansion.

Tamileneyan leads operations and customer success in Chennai. With over 15 years at Superpacks and a previous stint at GE, he brings deep execution focus and market knowledge. His leadership has been central to expanding our footprint and strengthening partnerships in the South India region.
